Our Story

Hi, we’re Aaron and Jodi Schaap. We live in Zeeland, MI with our two kids who keep us busy with sports and their social lives. Together we own and manage a number of rental properties and have flipped, fixed up, lived in, or sold a number of homes in our almost 20 years together.

To say we love real estate would be an understatement.

We’ve been keeping our nose in the real estate business for over 2 decades. Jodi started out as an agent with her dad but after he passed away she decided to continue her obsession with homes by convincing Aaron it was a good idea to move … often. Through phases of a robins egg blue bedroom, sherbert orange bathroom and a mustard yellow mudroom; we survived all of that and still love living together and dreaming up new ideas for what “home” means to us.
